TRACKING CODE:

It will be sent the day after the shipment. We are not responsible for any delays, but if your package is held in transit, we will notify you and do everything possible to facilitate its arrival.

ARRIVAL:

When you receive the product, please check it immediately and inform us about its condition and functionality.

RETURN:

We always hope that you are fully satisfied with the purchased product, but in some circumstances, you may wish to return it. You will have 14 days to decide whether to do so, and we will process your returns as quickly as possible.

In the case of a return, you will have the option to request a voucher to use on our site; alternatively, the amount spent will be refunded once we have received the merchandise back in our warehouse and checked its perfect condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

The costs for returning the merchandise to the store are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you wish to return the product directly to the store, you will be issued a voucher that can be used at our store.

Replacement, return, and refund policies do not apply to customized and/or used products.
The merchandise must be returned unused, in its original packaging, with the original labels, and complete in all its parts.
